I don't know what this other person is talking about but I had someone come out to my house to fix a faucet and they were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The charge was reasonable and the gentleman that came to my house showed up in a well marked company logo van and even put shoe covers on his feet prior to entering my house. Even my dog loved him.
Came to house tore pipes out said could not fix and left. I will say at least didn't charge anything. Had to call another plumber.
